Overview
I’m just an ordinary lad, but I’ve suddenly come down with something called ‘delayed ejaculation with genital congestion’. Before, mine was a very ordinary M-size at best. But now it’s so huge it’s downright creepy. The incredibly sexy female doctor says, ‘It’s a legendary rare condition, so I’m not entirely sure—but maybe having sex might temporarily cure it?’, as if it were someone else’s problem. Oh my God! I’m not bragging, but I’ve got neither money nor women—what on earth am I supposed to do?
